If you understand the meaning of the tactic "to expose, disrupt, misdirect, discredit, or otherwise neutralize activities" you will understand that the person who is most likely of being a Fed, is the one who involves human rights activists in activities that have no effect on those who are building tyranny, and activities that will destroy the credibility of the human rights activists.
Misdirecting activities involves the goal of actually taking over the leadership. Taking over the leadership is the highest priority. Beware of new comers who volunteer to lead. Also understand that often those, who are working for intelligence agencies, do not even know who it is, for whom they are working. Disrupting only becomes the goal when there is a failure to take over the leadership. These two goals are summarized as "rule or ruin".
Misdirecting activities is a fairly simple thing in organizations that put their agenda up for a vote. Infiltrators simply present alternative agendas until they have the organization bogged down with foolishness.
By law, political parties, and political candidates, are regulated by the Federal Election Commission. Political parties operate according to parliamentary procedure; and therefore do not have a fixed body of principles. Political party platforms come up for a VOTE.
Federal Election Commission (which means the whole federal government) has access to everything that we do INSIDE OF A PARTY, and they dictate how we will do it. Political parties are an easy target for control by government shills, and most of the government shills will have extensive experience working inside of a political party.

Imagine two armies facing each other: One is commanded by a General; the other is run by a steering committee.
In the army is that is commanded by a General, the General gives the order to CHARGE, AND THE ARMY GOES INTO A CHARGE.
In the army that is run by a steering committee, the Chairman of the steering committee says "I move that we load our weapons, Is there a second to that motion?"
Everyone except one infiltrator says "I second that motion!"
The Chairman of the steering committee says "Is there any discussion?"
Everyone except one infiltrator says "Sir, we had better start shooting back. At the rate that they are killing us, very soon we will not have a quorum!"
The one infiltrator says "Point of order sir: We cannot vote on a motion to start shooting back, while we still have a motion on the floor to load our weapons."
WHO WOULD WIN THAT BATTLE?
If an organization does not operate according to parliamentary procedure the infiltrators will attempt to change that. If the leadership understands this tactic they will decline to make this change. The infiltrator will then move on to creating dissension among the members over this, and over any other issue that they can raise.
Misdirecting activities by presenting alternative agendas usually involves promoting hoaxes. Those who are building tyranny would love to convince people that we are alla bunch of paranoid nuts, so that we will we unable to warn people about the building of tyranny. Those who are building tyranny would be more capable of convincing people that we are paranoid nuts, if they could convince a segment of the human rights activists to run around telling people that the clouds, and the street signs, are out to get us.
Effective organizations have a fixed permanent agenda. Members vote for that agenda by joining the group. Anyone who wishes to vote against that agenda does so by leaving the group.
If you understand the meaning of the tactic "infiltrating groups with persons instructed to disrupt the group; sending anonymous or forged letters designed to promote strife between groups" THEN you will know that a myriad of personal attacks and whisper campaigns is a part of the COINTELPRO program. Only the accusation that cannot withstand a demand for evidence will be whispered behind the back of the accused.
Often an article such as this is an effective way of "smoking out" the government shill. If there is a government shill reading this we invite you to identify yourself with your usual tactics of ridicule, innuendo, and personal attacks.
Those who would like to identify government shills might want to take note of who it is who objects to the distribution of this article. It would be safe to conclude that if one were to throw a rock into a pen full of pigs, and one of them squealed, that the one that had squealed, would be the one that you had hit. No one's name is mentioned here, but sometimes there will be someone who will claim that this is an accurate description of themselves. In that case we might agree with them.

Creating Strife Among Human Rights Activists
It is VERY simple: Those who spend their time fighting tyranny, are human rights activists. Those who spend their time fighting human rights activists are working for the advancement of tyranny. We learn who the most effective human rights activists are, by seeing who the government shills attack. We learn who the government shills are, by seeing who attacks the most effective human rights activists. This would be a consistently reliable way of identifying government shills except for the fact that government shills are incredibly clever at deceiving others into doing their dirty work.
After the initiation of hostility the infiltrator expects one of two reactions:
1) Appeasement
or
2) Resistance
Appeasement leads to the accomplishment of the primary objective of taking control.
Resistance leads to the accomplishment of the secondary objective of creating strife.
The only effective response to the initiation of hostility is to restructure all activities so as to avoid the person who is creating the strife. SWAT THE FLY, AND MOVE ON.
Ignore the initiation of strife, and go back to defending liberty.
Deceiving Human Rights Activists into Supporting Hoaxes
We can defend freedom, or we can fall for hoaxes. We cannot do both.
There is a presence, in the freedom movement, of persons who attempt to distract human rights activists away from defending liberty, by seducing them into all sorts of silly programs; which would ultimately waste resources, make them appear to be foolish,
and cause them to lose credibility.
This includes claims that the vapor trails; that jets always leave, are a plot to poison us.This includes claims that the stickers, placed on the back of road signs by manufacturers, are some sort of trail blazing for a future enemy army.This even includes a propaganda blitz to BAN WATER, by using its scary sounding chemical name: Dihydrogen Monoxide
Very few people will actually fall for the "tin foil hat" hoax, but this is used as a "straw man" fallacy to ridicule those who expose the real dangers to liberty.
Deceiving Human Rights Activists into Creating Class Struggle
by Promoting Ethnic Hatred.
The conspiracy, that we fight, is NOT a group of religious people. They believe in NOTHING else except power, and money, for themselves. The theory that they work for the benefit of a religion, or a nation, or a race, ascribes to them a self sacrificing characteristic; which they do not have. When they are in power, they persecute religious people of all faiths. Neither virtue nor sin is hereditary. There are good and bad in all kinds.
The problem is, that in order to have credibility you MUST be consistently right. Slanting everything so that it always comes up ethnic, just discredits the rest of your information. If there is one cockroach in the sugar bowl most people will throw out the whole bowl of sugar.
There are people of all ethnicities who want to be free, and are working to oppose tyranny. There are people of all ethnicities who want to be dictators, and are working to oppose freedom.

Quo Bono? Who benefits when patriotism is perverted into hatred of minorities?
The effect is to neutralize patriotic enthusiasm by turning it into hatred of other victims of tyranny. How does that effect the defense of liberty? The conspirators who would destroy liberty actually "kill two birds with onestone" by fueling such disinformation: 1. The OBVIOUS effect is to dispense with the opposition to tyranny, by diverting the efforts of the patriots toward a "decoy". If the disinformation is successful, the person who would have ordinarily been opposing real criminal conspirators, now makes himself busy, trying to destroy the life of some little cobbler, or tailor, or of some innocent children at play.
2. Perhaps an even more important function is the creation of class struggle. When a nation goes to war against ITSELF anyone can take it over. Attempting to Waste the Time of Human Rights Activists
The primary methods for wasting the time of human rights activists is by forcing them to respond to personal attacks, whisper campaigns, and by endless debate about trivia or hoaxes. Endless debate about trivia or hoaxes is extremely easy to accomplish in organizations which vote on their agenda. Wasting the time of human rights activists is often accomplished automatically by the pursuit of the other goals that are discussed above as described by FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover: "to expose, disrupt, misdirect, discredit, or otherwise neutralize activities".
The only solution is to just set the distractions of infiltrators aside, and go back to work opposing tyranny. In this way neutralizers do not waste the time of freedom activists. If you understand the meaning of the tactic "to expose, disrupt, misdirect, discredit, or otherwise neutralize activities" you will understand that the person who is most likely of being a Fed, is the one who involves human rights activists in activities that have no effect on those who are building tyranny, and activities that will destroy the credibility of the human rights activists.
Misdirecting activities involves the goal of actually taking over the leadership. Taking over the leadership is the highest priority. Beware of new comers who volunteer to lead. Also understand that often those, who are working for intelligence agencies, do not even know who it is, for whom they are working. Disrupting only becomes the goal when there is a failure to take over the leadership. These two goals are summarized as "rule or ruin".
Misdirecting activities is a fairly simple thing in organizations that put their agenda up for a vote. Infiltrators simply present alternative agendas until they have the organization bogged down with foolishness.
By law, political parties, and political candidates, are regulated by the Federal Election Commission. Political parties operate according to parliamentary procedure; and therefore do not have a fixed body of principles. Political party platforms come up for a VOTE.
Federal Election Commission (which means the whole federal government) has access to everything that we do INSIDE OF A PARTY, and they dictate how we will do it. Political parties are an easy target for control by government shills, and most of the government shills will have extensive experience working inside of a political party.

Imagine two armies facing each other: One is commanded by a General; the other is run by a steering committee.
In the army is that is commanded by a General, the General gives the order to CHARGE, AND THE ARMY GOES INTO A CHARGE.
In the army that is run by a steering committee, the Chairman of the steering committee says "I move that we load our weapons, Is there a second to that motion?"
Everyone except one infiltrator says "I second that motion!"
The Chairman of the steering committee says "Is there any discussion?"
Everyone except one infiltrator says "Sir, we had better start shooting back. At the rate that they are killing us, very soon we will not have a quorum!"
The one infiltrator says "Point of order sir: We cannot vote on a motion to start shooting back, while we still have a motion on the floor to load our weapons."
WHO WOULD WIN THAT BATTLE?
If an organization does not operate according to parliamentary procedure the infiltrators will attempt to change that. If the leadership understands this tactic they will decline to make this change. The infiltrator will then move on to creating dissension among the members over this, and over any other issue that they can raise.
Misdirecting activities by presenting alternative agendas usually involves promoting hoaxes. Those who are building tyranny would love to convince people that we are alla bunch of paranoid nuts, so that we will we unable to warn people about the building of tyranny. Those who are building tyranny would be more capable of convincing people that we are paranoid nuts, if they could convince a segment of the human rights activists to run around telling people that the clouds, and the street signs, are out to get us.
Effective organizations have a fixed permanent agenda. Members vote for that agenda by joining the group. Anyone who wishes to vote against that agenda does so by leaving the group.
If you understand the meaning of the tactic "infiltrating groups with persons instructed to disrupt the group; sending anonymous or forged letters designed to promote strife between groups" THEN you will know that a myriad of personal attacks and whisper campaigns is a part of the COINTELPRO program. Only the accusation that cannot withstand a demand for evidence will be whispered behind the back of the accused.
Often an article such as this is an effective way of "smoking out" the government shill. If there is a government shill reading this we invite you to identify yourself with your usual tactics of ridicule, innuendo, and personal attacks.
Those who would like to identify government shills might want to take note of who it is who objects to the distribution of this article. It would be safe to conclude that if one were to throw a rock into a pen full of pigs, and one of them squealed, that the one that had squealed, would be the one that you had hit. No one's name is mentioned here, but sometimes there will be someone who will claim that this is an accurate description of themselves. In that case we might agree with them.

Creating Strife Among Human Rights Activists
It is VERY simple: Those who spend their time fighting tyranny, are human rights activists. Those who spend their time fighting human rights activists are working for the advancement of tyranny. We learn who the most effective human rights activists are, by seeing who the government shills attack. We learn who the government shills are, by seeing who attacks the most effective human rights activists. This would be a consistently reliable way of identifying government shills except for the fact that government shills are incredibly clever at deceiving others into doing their dirty work.
After the initiation of hostility the infiltrator expects one of two reactions:
1) Appeasement
or
2) Resistance
Appeasement leads to the accomplishment of the primary objective of taking control.
Resistance leads to the accomplishment of the secondary objective of creating strife.
The only effective response to the initiation of hostility is to restructure all activities so as to avoid the person who is creating the strife. SWAT THE FLY, AND MOVE ON.
Ignore the initiation of strife, and go back to defending liberty.
Deceiving Human Rights Activists into Supporting Hoaxes
We can defend freedom, or we can fall for hoaxes. We cannot do both.
There is a presence, in the freedom movement, of persons who attempt to distract human rights activists away from defending liberty, by seducing them into all sorts of silly programs; which would ultimately waste resources, make them appear to be foolish,
and cause them to lose credibility.
This includes claims that the vapor trails; that jets always leave, are a plot to poison us.This includes claims that the stickers, placed on the back of road signs by manufacturers, are some sort of trail blazing for a future enemy army.This even includes a propaganda blitz to BAN WATER, by using its scary sounding chemical name: Dihydrogen Monoxide
Very few people will actually fall for the "tin foil hat" hoax, but this is used as a "straw man" fallacy to ridicule those who expose the real dangers to liberty.
Deceiving Human Rights Activists into Creating Class Struggle
by Promoting Ethnic Hatred.
The conspiracy, that we fight, is NOT a group of religious people. They believe in NOTHING else except power, and money, for themselves. The theory that they work for the benefit of a religion, or a nation, or a race, ascribes to them a self sacrificing characteristic; which they do not have. When they are in power, they persecute religious people of all faiths. Neither virtue nor sin is hereditary. There are good and bad in all kinds.
The problem is, that in order to have credibility you MUST be consistently right. Slanting everything so that it always comes up ethnic, just discredits the rest of your information. If there is one cockroach in the sugar bowl most people will throw out the whole bowl of sugar.
There are people of all ethnicities who want to be free, and are working to oppose tyranny. There are people of all ethnicities who want to be dictators, and are working to oppose freedom.

Quo Bono? Who benefits when patriotism is perverted into hatred of minorities?
The effect is to neutralize patriotic enthusiasm by turning it into hatred of other victims of tyranny. How does that effect the defense of liberty? The conspirators who would destroy liberty actually "kill two birds with onestone" by fueling such disinformation: 1. The OBVIOUS effect is to dispense with the opposition to tyranny, by diverting the efforts of the patriots toward a "decoy". If the disinformation is successful, the person who would have ordinarily been opposing real criminal conspirators, now makes himself busy, trying to destroy the life of some little cobbler, or tailor, or of some innocent children at play.
2. Perhaps an even more important function is the creation of class struggle. When a nation goes to war against ITSELF anyone can take it over. One expert on this sort of attack, Mao Tse Dung, summed it up quite well: "The stronghold is broken easily from the INSIDE". Divide and conquer is a VERY OLD trick. Attempting to Waste the Time of Human Rights Activists
The primary methods for wasting the time of human rights activists is by forcing them to respond to personal attacks, whisper campaigns, and by endless debate about trivia or hoaxes. Endless debate about trivia or hoaxes is extremely easy to accomplish in organizations which vote on their agenda. Wasting the time of human rights activists is often accomplished automatically by the pursuit of the other goals that are discussed above as described by FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover: "to expose, disrupt, misdirect, discredit, or otherwise neutralize activities".
The only solution is to just set the distractions of infiltrators aside, and go back to work opposing tyranny. In this way neutralizers do not waste the time of freedom activists. Just dispense with them, with a standard response. Reviewing this article is an effective standard response. Understanding who is really doing this will help immensely:
